The challenge

Shooting: Novembre 26 -27 , 2023

Organizing a Photoshoot as the final act of the 2023 further training course. The students created an hair cut, color and finish to represent the design and evolution of the individual hairdressers. The work, which took place in small groups, was completed with the design of a real look: from hair to style.

Photography here is not just testimony or memory but an integral part of the training course. The precise task of the students was to dialogue with the photographer in order to make the artistic restitution of the training course, possible. The great task was to manage the ‘here and now’ while trying to bring out a quality artistic product by learning to deal with the different professionals present: Matteo Trevisan, the photographer, the make-up artist and the stylist. And always under the watchful eye of the Zero6lab Academy trainers.

Value

Showing the soul of the training course, recounting the stages of an artistic and artisanal journey: evolution, – flair – organization – emotion.

Process

Zero6Lab Academy represents an idea that translates into a method aimed at the world of hairdressing, focusing on the life of the salon from all angles. This method interprets a historical and artisanal craft, adapting it to the contemporary world, which is often fast-paced and inattentive. Patrizio and Fiorindo, upon conceiving the Zero6Lab method, immediately understood their desire to engage their target audience in an innovative and unique manner. They believe it’s essential to reflect their own originality and uniqueness outwardly through their communication style, business decisions, and the offerings they create.

For Patrizio and Fiorindo, their guide is a healthy pursuit of authenticity and an effort to stimulate thought. This philosophy gives rise to the Zero6Lab method, a unique and visionary code that demands equally unique and visionary tools and methods.

Despite hairdressing traditionally conveying messages of creativity and beauty, Zero6Lab aims to go a step further by making it their mission to generate a cultural impact, both in their local area and in the broader world of hairdressing.

In 2020, they decided to collaborate with Stefania Papirio and Rosamaria Reale, co-founders of ARS Humana. This artistic pedagogical training and creative consultancy firm helps entrepreneurs identify and communicate the cultural value of their business activities. Over the years, the objectives have led the Zero6Lab team to engage in creative training, explorations during business trips, storytelling, photography, and video. The fruition of this idea is the blending of languages and applications characteristic of companies in the creative and cultural sectors, where creating beauty at 360 degrees equates to creating value.

The core business of cultural mediators like ARS Humana aligns closely with the philosophy and focus of Insolita Film. Consequently, the CIAK-in platform becomes an active tool for those who recognize the power of Art and Culture. It serves as a resource for identifying suitable artistic profiles and offers creative support during critical business decision phases.

Matteo Trevisan is among the first artist profiles selected from the platform. The clear intention of the partners was to engage a photographer from outside the traditional hair shooting domain. ARS Humana’s deliberate choice ensures an approach that pays close attention to detail and uncovers stories behind each photograph.

The match is created!
The rest… is already history.
